Terms and Conditions
When a contract is formed
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement of receipt and will not constitute acceptance of your order. Made to Run retains the right to accept or reject this offer before processing the order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us, the prices have been verified, and the order has been processed and dispatched or marked as ready for collection
Exceptions apply to special orders for goods made on your behalf which cannot be cancelled by you once you have received the email confirmation that your order has been received; as such items and goods may already be in production or transit as a result of your order. For full details of your cancellation rights please see under the heading when is it possible to change or cancel an order.
When we take payment from your credit or debit card
We take payment for Home Delivery Orders when your order is dispatched.
When we take payment from your PayPal account
If you choose to pay with your PayPal account PayPal will take payment when you place your order.
When ownership passes to our customers
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Made to Run Limited until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.
When is it possible to change or cancel an order
After you have placed your order you can cancel or amend your order up until the day of dispatch by contacting our customer service team. After we have dispatched your order you can return any item up to 30 days after receipt, for products such as shoes these need to have not been worn outside or show signs of any serious use. This also excludes any perishable goods, unsealed software or items that have been personalised or made to your specification.
You must take reasonable care of the items and retain all original packaging. All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, where we will refund the cost on receipt of the goods.
Pricing and availability
The prices on this site include VAT at the current rate and are accurate at the beginning of each day. Occasionally the price of an item may be incorrectly quoted on the site or changed during the day. If this happens, we will contact you to advise you of the correct price and offer you the option to cancel that item from your order if you no longer wish to continue with the purchase.
VAT rates are subject to change.
The website may occasionally contain typographical errors, image errors or stock inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We
At Made to Run we are committed to delivering a fantastic selection of products at the most competitive prices. We constantly monitor our key competitors to make sure we are not beaten on price. Our Price Match gives you the added security that should you find a product at a lower price anywhere within the UK, either in-store or online, we will match it for you.

The conditions of our Price Match Policy are as follows:
- The product in question must be identical in style, year, specification, size and colour.
- The competitor store or website must have the product in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery.
- The Price Match can be claimed against any competitor based in the UK Mainland, in store or online. However, they must be an authorised retailer, i.e. not a sole trader or auction site.
- Where we match an internet price we will take the competitor’s shipping cost into account to work out the total price.
- We will match only against the advertised price offered by the competitor, i.e. this does not include additional promotional activities such as loyalty card points, cashback schemes, voucher codes or verbal discounts.
- All Price Match transactions are carried out at the discretion of Made to Run.
- We reserve the right to withdraw the Price Match at any time.
PURCHASING GIFT CARDS
Made to Run Gift cards can be purchased to any value between £5 and £1,000 and can be redeemed in multiple purchases until the balance is used.
Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. They should be treated as cash, as we are unable to replace a gift card if lost or stolen. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a Gift Card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
Made to Run reserves the right to change the terms and conditions governing the use of gift vouchers and gift cards from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary. Changes will be published in the Made to Run store and online at www.madetorun.co.uk.

All our gift cards expire 12 months from the date of issue or 12 months from the last transacation.
Gift Cards presented after their expiry date will be treated as void and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Using a gift card to make a purchase
Redeem our gift cards online by inserting the 16 digit number on the back of the card at the checkout.
Made to Run gift cards are redeemable in store.
Discounts and Promotional Codes
When placing your order using a discount or promotional code, please be aware that the following exclusions apply: events supplied by Made to Run Limited, gift cards and vouchers, postage, previously discounted items, sale items and special order items. In addition, promotional codes and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
Damaged or missing deliveries
If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable
Should your parcel show signs of damage on receipt from the courier, please make a note of this on the courier’s documents and if possible take photographs of the damaged areas. This will assist in any claims which may occur at a later date.
Returning an item for a refund
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from us and strive to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please supply us with a note with the reason behind this and send it back to us or bring it in to our store together with the products original packaging and labelling within 30 days. We will exchange or refund the cost of the item(s) where appropriate. All goods must be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.
If you wish to return any item due to a fault, please provide us with a note giving details of the fault and send it back to us together with the item in its original packaging, where possible, within 30 days. We will exchange the item or refund the full cost including any delivery charges incurred where appropriate. If you are in any doubt, please contact our customer service department. We recommend that all items returned to us be sent recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum.
